The Palms – House only is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests with a large fully fenced yard. Open plan kitchen with microwave, dining, lounge area with TV, DVD, slow combustion heater (BYO wood) and ducted air-conditioning. A second lounge room/kids retreat with TV, VCR and videos. Bathroom with washing machine. There is an excellent undercover outdoor entertaining area with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Large lawned area. Fishing cleaning facility. Plenty of room for parking and the boat. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 x bunks. House only can be rented throughout the year excluding long weekends, Christmas/new year school holidays where the house and unit must be rented. Unit on it’s own is not available for rent.
