The property has three bedrooms - queen, queen and bunk bed, and two singles; sleeping eight guests. Pillows and quilts are provided however guests need to bring sheets, towels and tea-towels. There is one bathroom with a shower (no bath) and two toilets.
Reads Retreat has been architecturally designed to take advantage of the natural sea breezes. Because of its design and insulation, along with ceiling fans in every room, it does not have reverse cycle air conditioning (there is a portable unit if required). Gas heating is supplied.
The well-equipped kitchen has all the convenience of family home including a dishwasher, coffee plunger and medium-size refrigerator.
Reads Retreat has good outdoor seating with views of the sea, and a hooded barbecue. There is plenty of off-street parking with room for a boat and a fish cleaning sink at the rear of the property.
